41st Annual 8 Hours of the Cascades, MIDAS Auto & Tire 300, and the NW Mini Enduro 2 Hour Series Finale - Sponsored by Kestrel Transport
NEW for 2016: Tow allowance equal to 20% of the entry fee for teams that tow from outside of
Oregon and Washington
PRIZE MONEY for the 8 Hour class winners ( 20 entry minimum )
$1000 - 7 or more in class; $750 - 5 or 6 in class; $500 - 2 to 4 in class;
$250 discount to 2017 enduro for class winners with 1 car in class and
for 2nd place in classes with more than 3 cars in class.
BONUS PRIZE MONEY - $500 - 1st Overall; $250 - 2nd Overall;
$100 - 3rd Overall
This race is sanctioned by ICSCC, under the 2016 regulations as a non-champioship race, organized by the Cascade Sports Car Club and held at Portland International Raceway. This is a non-chicane event. Race Chair, Chris Heinrich 503-690-0939 may be reached until 10:00pm.
Entry to PIR will be through Turn 8 gate. Gates open at 5:00PM on Friday Registration and tech will be set up at PIR on Friday 6:00PM - 8:00PM
The Bridge is open from Saturday 7am - to end of day
Friends and Family are welcome to come and watch you race.

- If you do not already have one, create an account on MotorsportReg.com after reading these steps.
- Once logged in, click "My Account" at the top right.
- Review your vehicle(s) making sure to enter your preferred car numbers and your transponder number.
- Enter your medical information for the Ambulance/Life Support crew.
- If you already have an account, please be sure your profile contains your club affiliation & competition license type.
- Now return to this page and enter the event and pay online.

Transponder numbers are required for all race cars. If you do not have a transponder listed in your vehicle profile, you must provide the number at Registration. If you don't own a transponder, you may rent one for the weekend from Registration by selecting that item when you register and filling out the form here and returning it to me by email.
Remember to come to Registration with your competition license, government or provincial license and your Club Card. Registration is in East End second floor Paddock Tower.
How the Online Payment works: Your credit card will not be charged until after our event has begun. A pre-authorization check is done electronically to confirm validity and capacity of your account by msr.com, much like a hotel might do. The pre-auth should fall off your account in 24-72 hours depending on your bank card's practices. DEBIT CARD USERS, you can use your card on msr.com, but, you should treat the pre-authorization as a debit, and account for this, until the "hold" is dropped by your bank.
