CHICHANE CHALLENGE XXXIV & FESTIVAL OF ENDURANCE

This is a DOUBLE race weekend, chicane event, operating out of the North Paddock.

THIS EVENT ENFORCES A STRICT SOUND VARIANCE - ALL CARS MUST BE UNDER 103.0 db AT 50FT

Entry to PIR - Entry to PIR will be through Start/Finish Friday and Saturday, and Turn 8 gate Sunday unless otherwise notified.

No early entry on Friday until after 1:00pm unless signed up for Friday's Test and Tune or HPDE.

The pedestrian Bridge is open from Saturday 8am  6pm, Sunday 8am – end of day.

Friends and Family are welcome to come and watch you race - spectators are always FREE ADMISSION!

These races are sanctioned by ICSCC, under the 2026 Competition Regulations as two separate championship races, organized by Cascade Sports Car Club and held at Portland International Raceway, Portland, Oregon. 2026 SUPPLEMENTAL REGULATIONS

 

Event requirements

Thank you for using MotorsportReg.com online entry system for Cascade Sports Car Club.  If you follow these steps to create your account the first time you enter, your future entries with us will be quick and painless!  You can also use this same profile to register for other events on MotorsportReg.com.

  1. If you do not already have one, create an account on MotorsportReg.com after reading these steps. Your email address is your primary identifier for your profile.
  2. Once logged in, click "My Account" at the top right.
  3. Review your vehicle(s) making sure to enter your preferred car numbers and your transponder number.  Please make sure that the vehicle(s) used for THIS EVENT are listed accurately.
  4. Enter your medical information for the Ambulance/Life Support crew.
  5. If you already have an account, please be sure your profile contains your club affiliation & competition license type AND CURRENT VEHICLE INFORMATION
  6. Now return to this page and enter the event and pay online.

You will receive an email confirmation of your entry automatically from the MotorsportReg.com system.  If you have any questions about the event, please contact Jamie Anderson (race_registrar@icscc.com).

Transponder numbers are required for all race cars.  If you do not have a transponder listed in your vehicle profile, you must provide the number at Registration.  If you don't own a transponder, you may rent one for the weekend from Registration by selecting that item when you register.

Remember to bring your competition license and current government/provincial driver's license with you to Registration. Race Registration is in the CENTER room on the 2nd floor of the North Paddock tower.

Non-ICSCC licensed drivers are welcome!  Please note the following: 

     E    613 Any non-ICSCC licensed competitor entered in a Conference race must present his/her credentials to the ICSCC License Director prior to entering the race course.  The following minimum requirements must be met before a non-ICSCC license holder may compete in an ICSCC race:

          A.  Must hold a valid equivalent competition license issued by CACC, SCCA, NASA, SOVREN or FIA/ASN.  Licenses of other sanctioning bodies may be honored at the discretion of the License Director. (license_director@icscc.com)

          B.  Must have proof of competing in at least two (2) races in the current/or prior season.                  

          C.  Must hold a current valid driver’s license issued State, Province, and/or other sovereign nation.

          D.  Must be a minimum of sixteen (16) years of age.  Minor participants must have a signed waiver on file from both parents prior to any on-track activity.

 

How the Online Payment works:  Your credit card will not be charged until after our event has begun. A pre-authorization check is done electronically to confirm validity and capacity of your account.  The pre-authorization should fall off your account in 24-72 hours depending on your bank's card practices.  DEBIT CARDS may be used but you should treat the pre-authorization as a debit until the "hold" is dropped by your bank.  It is the responsibility of the entrant to notify Registration if the car does not go on track in order to avoid being charged or to obtain a refund.
