This registration page is for people who would like to volunteer for the The Classic Motorsports Monterey Kickoff.

Volunteers are needed for the Classic Motorsports Monterey Kickoff! We're looking for 20 volunteers to help us load cars into the event.
Volunteers will be asked to help from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 13 in downtown Pacific Grove, California.
As a thank-you for their efforts, all volunteers will receive a free t-shirt, free admission to the show for their car, and a free volunteer appreciation party after the show at the Monarch Pub & Restaurant in Pacific Grove.
All volunteers must pre-register on this page so we can plan the event appropriately. Sorry, but if volunteer registration is full, you'll receive a waitlist notificaiton and should not plan on volunteering. We only have assignments for 20 volunteers.
Free entry for your car in the show:
We'll automatically refund the price paid for one vehicle entry once you've checked in for your volunteer shift at the 11:30 volunteer meeting. Just make sure you sign up to volunteer with the same MotorsportReg account that you used to register for the show.
Event requirements
Schedule/Arrival:
Please arrive at the show before 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, August 13. We’ll have a quick volunteer meeting at the Classic Motorsports booth, located near the entrance of the show. You can view a map and directions at this link:

Please arrive before 11:30 am, as we’ll be on a tight schedule. Parking is available on side streets around the show; Lighthouse Ave. is only for cars entered in the show.
Duties:
We’ll primarily need help parking cars in their spaces. Each car will be assigned to a block based on its country of origin, and will have a color-coded sticker on its windshield. Cars without stickers should be directed to will-call to resolve things away from show traffic.
Your job will be to direct each car to its proper block, then guide the owners into parking spaces. We anticipate having all cars parked by 1:00 pm, after which you’re free to return your safety vests and enjoy the show as spectators.

If you have a car in the show:
If your classic car is entered in the show, please drive it to the 11:30 am volunteer meeting. We’ll park it in the correct location immediately after the meeting.
Free volunteer appreciation party:
You’ll be given a wristband during our 11:30 volunteer meeting, which gains you access to our volunteer appreciation party at the Monarch Pub & Restaurant in Pacific Grove. The party begins immediately after the show ends at 5:00 pm, and we’d love to buy you a meal and a beverage as a thank-you for your efforts.
