2023 Kalispell, MT Overnight - CWR Meetup

INWR Tour Spokane

About this event

This 2-Day Tour will be an incredible opportunity to experience one of the most gorgeous drives through the breathtaking beauty of Western Montana and Northern Idaho – bring your camera and binoculars for incredible scenery and abundant wildlife!  It is also an opportunity to join and support our friends from Canada West Region on their journey to Spokane.

Our journey will take us through the splendid grandeur of Paradise, Flathead Lake and Kalispell areas, where we will then enjoy a relaxing overnight evening with our INWR friends.  The following day, after meeting up with our friends from CWR - as they pass through Kalispell on their Grand Tour – we will continue our journey back to Spokane via Marion, Libby, Troy, and Bonner’s Ferry - one of the most scenic routes of Northwestern MT and Northern Idaho.

Day 1 - From Porsche Spokane we will take I-90 to St. Regis (home of the famous Huckleberry Shake and an excellent lunch stop), and then wind our way along the beautiful Clark Fork River on Highways 135 & 200.  Heading north at Plains, MT on Hwy 28 to Elmo, where we will turn left onto Hwy 93 and tour along the west side of picturesque Flathead Lake to our destination in Kalispell at Best Western Plus/Glacier Park Hotel & Suites - NOTE:  This is their Peak Season so no block rooms have been secured at this time and availability is limited - please call (406) 257-5255 asap to make reservations, or feel free to choose another hotel of your preference in the local Kalispell vicinity.  We will all enjoy an informal dinner at one of the local restaurants, or choose a restaurant of your preference.

Day 2 – After a relaxing morning and breakfast - Best Western includes their breakfast, or you can eat breakfast at a restaurant of your choice – we will meet with the CWR group at a central location in Kalispell (TBD) around noon.  From there, we will continue together via the scenic route of Hwy 2 through Libby, Kootenai Falls, Bonners Ferry, and then down through Sandpoint onto Hwy 95 to Spokane.

Whether you’ve ever experienced these routes or not, they never fail to be one of the most enjoyable drives and gorgeous scenery one will ever enjoy!  Again, hotel space is limited, so book your reservations and registration soon – look forward to seeing you on this incredible journey!
