Event requirements
Course: Sunday - Five laps, figure 8 course, one timed run that varies from 3 to 5+ minutes.
Cost: Pre-Registration, SSCC & other club members - $70 with entry mailed in, $75 using MSR. Non-members - $75.00 with entry mailed in, $80.using MSR. At track, add $5.00.
Refunds: Refunds will only be offered if contact is made by Thursday, March 30, at 4 p.m.
Friday: Registration & Tech 12:30, Practice group A 1:00 - 4:30, open practice 4:30 - dusk.
Saturday: Registration & Tech 8:00 a.m., Practice: group B; 9:00 - 12:30; Practice group C 1:00 p.m. - 4:30, open practice 4:30 - dusk. Circle below your choice of practice group (A, B, or C)
Sunday: Registration & Tech 8:10 - 1:00. Timed runs start 9:00 a.m. (Write a Run Group below). Mandatory meetings at 8:30 a.m. for groups 1 & 2, 10:50 a.m. for groups 3 & 4, 1:10 p.m. for groups 5 & 6. If you miss the drivers’ meeting for your run group, you will loose your position in that group. Cars should be ready to grid immediately after the meeting.
Run Groups: Choose your first and second choices on the entry form below for your desired run group on Sunday. Earliest entries will have first placement.

Information: Event limited to 72 drivers. Applicants must send completed entry form with full payment. Sorry, no phone or email entries, no one-day discounts. Entries will be processed in the order they are received. You will receive a confirmation call or email, if entries are received by Tuesday, March 27. We cannot be responsible for any lost entries or slow mail.
A valid driver’s license will be shown at registration.
All open cockpit cars need a roll bar. Roll bar must pass tech inspection; most factory roll bars are not acceptable.
If under the age of 18, a parent needs to sign a release at the track or in front of a notary. Please contact us to obtain the release form.
THIS IS NOT A DRIFTING EVENT. Anyone who drifts on our track will be asked to leave without a refund.
There will be a limit of 24 drivers in each practice session on Fri. & Sat. Once a session is full, entries will be placed into the practice session that is not full and the driver(s) will be notified of the change. The same is true for Sunday run groups, which will have a limit of 12 cars per group.
There will be a $5.00 convenience charge for t-shirts. To make sure you get the proper sized T-shirt, your entry must be received by Fri., March 17.
Helmets need to be 2010 or newer.

Location: Jackson County Sports Park, White City. From I-5, take Crater Lake exit #30. Head east on Hwy. 62 for approximately 6.5 miles. Turn right (east) onto Hwy. 140, toward Klamath Falls. After 2.3 miles, turn right (south) on Kershaw Road. After about 1/2 mile, turn left into the entrance to the Sports Park. Then right to the Autocross track.
Member Entry Fee: To use the Member Entry Fee amount, you must provide the name of your current autocross club affiliation and provide proof of current membership when you check in at registration.
