For 2020, we will again offer tents for rent by regions in the paddock during the Tire Rack SCCA ProSolo Finale and Solo National Championship.  There are limited quantities of each tent available on a first-come first-serve basis. Each group will be renting a tent in a specific location. The locations are listed below. 

 

30’X30’ Pole Tent -

Cost is $1,000 (down from $1500 in 2019) and there are two (2) tents available in this size.

1) - Paddock spaces - 401, 402, 403, 404

2) - Paddock spaces - 461, 462, 463, 464

20’X30’ Pole Tent  - 

Cost is $800 (down from $1000 in 2019) and there are six (6) tents available.

1) - Paddock spaces - 601, 602, 603, 604

2) Paddock spaces - 801, 802, 803, 804

3) Paddock spaces - 1001, 1002, 1003, 1004

4) Paddock Spaces - 531, 532, 533, 534

5) Paddock Spaces - 731, 732, 733, 734

6) Paddock Spaces - 927, 928, 929, 930

 

A minimum of 5 in a group and a maximum of 40. 

 

Payment is required at the time of registration.  There are NO refunds or transfers in the event of cancellation.

 

City regulations state all rented tents MUST post a “no smoking” sign inside and NO cars are allowed under the tent.
