8:30 am - Open Course Walk
9:00 am - Driver's Meeting
9:15 am - Guided Course Walk
9:30 am - 1st Set of Driving Runs
Registration - $149 (deadline is July 8th)
Simple list of rules to keep this event safe and fun for everyone
- All participants must hold a valid drivers license
- Minors are not permitted in the vehicles or on the course
- Must wear a helmet. ( Any helmet questions please contact Yoon - porsche997yyc@shaw.ca)
- By standers / watchers are welcome to attend but cannot participate (no ride along, no driving) but must sign the waiver.
- Please remove any loose items from your car including floor mats before running on the course.
- Volunteers are needed and welcome, please check the forums for more info.
Site Restrictions
As motorsports enthusiasts, it is the goal of the club to not only host motorsports events, but to demonstrate that motorsports activities can be conducted in a responsible, sustainable manner that benefits the surrounding community and participants everyday driving skills and behavior. With this in mind, participants and attendees are reminded to be respectful of others, property and municipal ordinances, both on and off the event site.
- Racing, burning out, stunting, exceeding posted speed limits will not be tolerated.
- No alcohol or drugs are allowed on site.
- Port-a-potties will be available on site for participant use.
- All garbage must be removed from site. Our goal is to leave the venue in the same, if not better condition than we found it.
- Any participant not exhibiting good behavior both on site and off site will be asked to leave and banned from future events.
Late Registrations
Registration closes Sunday July 8th at midnight.
The event is planned based off the number of registrants we receive by that date. Late registrations complicate the planning.
