ARIZONA REGION RACES ARE CONDUCTED UNDER THE 2012 GENERAL COMPETITION RULES AND SPECIFICATION BOOKS as modified by Tech Bulletins, Racing Bulletins, Fastrack, BOD Bulletins and Supplemental Regulations.
PLEASE NOTE: THE AMB TRANSPONDER/TIMING SYSTEM MAY NOT BE OPERATIONAL FOR THIS EVENT. THEREFORE, THE FOLLOWING SCHEDULE MAY BE USED FOR BOTH DAYS: PRACTICE-QUALIFYING RACE-RACE.
NOTE: ONLINE REGISTRATION WILL REMAIN OPEN UNTIL 11/12/2012 AT 11:59 PM!
Online payment is required for this event but is deferred. Therefore, the Region will not charge your account until after the event. If you find that you cannot attend, please go online and cancel your entry and then contact the Chief Registrar no later than November 8th. That will enable us to clear your entry from the list.
If you prefer to not enter your credit card or e-check information online, please complete the entry form found on the Region's website and send it to the Chief Registrar via fax (480-854-0409) or email (lkpeters@cox.net). You can then pay at the track by cash, check or credit card (VISA & Master Card only). You may also pay by mailing a check to (please be sure that your check arrives prior to 11/10/12):

Thank you for using our MotorsportReg.com online entry system for Arizona Region SCCA road racing events.
If you follow these steps to create your account the first time you enter, your future entries for Arizona Region SCCA will be quick and painless!
1. If you do not already have one, create an account on MotorsportReg.com after reading these steps.
2. Once logged in, click "My Account" at the top right.
3. Review your vehicle(s) making sure to enter your preferred car numbers and your transponder number.
4. Enter your medical information for the Ambulance/Life Support crew.
5. If you already have an account, please be sure your profile contains your club affiliation & competition license type.
6. Now return to this page and enter the event and pay online.

You will receive an email confirmation of your entry automatically from the MotorsportReg.com system. If you have any questions about the event, please call the Arizona Region SCCA Chief Registrar at 480-832-1327.
Transponder numbers are required for all race cars. If you do not have a transponder listed in your vehicle profile, you must provide the number at Registration. If you don't own a transponder, you may rent one from the Region – please notify the Registrar after you register for the event (lkpeters@cox.net).
Remember to go through on-site registration with your competition license at the track!
On the next page: You must add or select your vehicle. Please be sure there is a transponder number associated with that vehicle or be prepared to provide the number at Registration.
