<p>We (the board) want all of our members to be able to have their vote count. Online voting will close at midnight October 9th; the night before the general meeting. Only members are allowed to vote (and hold office).</p>
<p>We encourage all members to vote through this online service, but if you choose not to, you will be able to vote in person the night of the general meeting. You are also allowed to mail in a notarized ballot, per the MCRA Bylaws.</p>
<p>Each member is entitled to vote once. All choices are private and we can only see that a member has voted - not who they voted for.</p>
