The chapter board of directors has two issues that need to be submitted to a membership vote prior to the chapter annual meeting.  

The annual meeting will be held at the chapter picnic at the Bob Shetler Shelter #1 at Saylorville Lake on Saturday, May 22.  Your ballot may be cast by any of these 3 methods:

• Received by mail at the club PO box not later than May 21

Item 1

The board of directors has approved a proposal for the membership to amendment the chapter Bylaws in order to clarify various sections of the Bylaws involving electronic voting.  Approval requires two-thirds of the votes cast be in favor of the amendment.

Iowa chapter members in good standing may vote for, against, or record that they have abstained from voting.  Note that the complete set of current bylaws may be viewed on our website.
