Description: This allows the Board to exercise discretion in protecting the interests of HCKC within the community and the safety of the club and its members by refusing membership to individuals who have threatened, harassed, publicly disparaged, or pose a threat to the club’s youth.

Change to:
Section 9: The Board of Directors has the authority to reject membership applications from individuals deemed to pose a threat to the club's well-being or the safety of its members.
HCKC reserves the right to deny access or membership to any person who:
- Has been accused or convicted of any crime involving sexual abuse
- Has made a direct or implied threat of physical violence toward any club member or board member.
- Has engaged in harassment, stalking, or intimidation toward any club member or board member.
The decision to deny membership requires a unanimous vote of the HCKC Board of Directors.
