Our November membership meeting will be held first along with the elections followed by the annual meeting. Come earlier for dinner, socializing and to meet the candidates. Our meeting room is available beginning at 6PM for those who wish to dine - on your own - before the meeting starts.
An absentee ballot is available online at www.stlscca.org. It needs to be returned with a postmark of no later than Wednesday, November 12, 2018 to StL SCCA Secretary, 3732 Wanda Rd, Edwardsville, IL 62025.
Online voting closes at 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, November 17, 2018.
You may vote only once either in person, via an electronic ballot, or by mailing in an absentee ballot.
Every member 16 years old or older and in good standing is entitled to vote for the slate of Officers and At-Large Director candidates. Officers and Directors shall be elected by a plurality of the quorum of the members present at the November meeting, absentee ballots, and online votes.
