Event Requirements

If you bring a child under the age of 18 to the event, you will have to fill out a Minor Waiver form. If both parents are present, both may sign the Minor Waiver in the presence of the Registrar. This waiver will be valid for the remainder of the current year. If one parent/guardian is present, he or she may sign the Minor Waiver and it will be good for the current event only. The parents will also be required to sign the standard Event Waiver and beneath sign 'parent of' and sign their minor child's name.
If your child is under 12 years of age, they will NOT be allowed to ride as a passenger during the event, NO exceptions. We appreciate you respecting our safety guidelines.
Teens MUST be 16 years of age to work out on course with a parent/guardian or experienced course worker.
If this is your first autocross event, we will have a Novice Instructor show you the course during the 'Novice Walk-Through,' prior to the Driver's Meeting. If you need a navigator to ride with you during your runs please make the Event Chair or Registrar aware and we will be sure that you needs are met. We want this to be a FUN experience for you! We recommend all first-timers ride once or twice with an experienced driver.
Helmets are required, hands must remain in the vehicle at ALL times. Alcohol and Drugs are NOT allowed at any time.
