Event Requirements

Driving Tour protocol during the Pandemic:

All Drivers must be current BMWCCA members

All drivers and passengers must register with MSReg and sign the chapter wavier via MSReg ink before attending the event

All participants must wear face masks at all times while outside of their vehicle during the event
New protocol for check-in:

Check in will be done before parking. Look for a check-in area. All drivers and passengers must be pre-registered. A volunteer will check each car in, place a dot on the car’s windshield, then will be assigned to a group and parking place.

All participants are to remain in their car as each person is being checked in
Once Parked and waiting to start the drive:

All participants are required to wear a mask at all times while outside of their vehicles during the club event.

The drivers meeting will be conducted with all drivers/participants standing in front or behind their vehicles to insure social distancing
It is very important to practice social distancing protocol at all times in order for us to safely continue our future events.
Drivers should consider purchasing FRS Radios to stay in touch with leaders and sweepers on the drive.
