Event Requirements

Classes 2020 Guidelines :
Note that below are just references, and FKC is a gentlemen’s karting series that promotes good sportsmanship, safe and highly affordable racing
We reserve the right to refuse race entries to anyone. Special permission maybe granted to more qualified and experienced drivers to race with FKC.
For those with an extremely tight budget in the Sportman and Ironman categories, other tire brands may be used on case by
cases basis upon FKC’s approval. Tires must be used.
Fuel is open, but we require racers to report on their tech sheets the type of fuel they are using. We reserve the right to disallow certain fuel to be used.
We allow open fuel to bring down cost for the racers.
Sportsman-
Drivers with less than 3 years of karting experience.
Drivers who has not been actively racing in the past 3 years
All Novice Drivers
Master- drivers over 30 years of age
Ironman- drivers over 45 years of age.
Open Shifters ( Sportsman and Ironman)
Weights : Honda 125 stock. 390lbs
ROK. 405 lbs
ICC/ KZ. 405 lbs
Tires: Le Cont prime , Bridgestones YLR
Fuel: open
Novice : you may elect to run any tire brands provided that they are used tires.
All Novice driver will need to placed an “ X” next to numbers and in the back of their helmets.
TAG125 (open)
15 years of age and older
(Non-Contact Class | Race What Ya Brung class )
** anyone with a Rotax, PRD, X30, ROK GP, X125 are welcome to join.
This class is open to Ironman and sportsman drivers, and there is no minimum weight , fuel or tire requirements. It’s a hobbyist class that gives drivers a chance to race and have a good time.
All karts much pass safety tech, and maybe mixed with Shifter or 100cc classes, depending on entries.
100cc Sportsman (drivers 15 years of age and over)
100cc Master (drivers 30 years of age and over)
Fastest KPV100cc Driver will be awarded.
Engines : VLR100cc, KA100 and X100AC
KPV100cc
Any pipes can be used for KPV100 without any weight penalty.
Minimum weight required : 360 lbs.
Tires : Le Cont Option( Red ) or YLR
Fuel: Open
