Part of our current resitrctions requires that you prepare and sign 3 forms that will be dropped off at the morning registration desk. These include:
- Covid-19 Screening Checklist
- Waiver for yourself and anyone attending with you
- Self Tech Form
Please bring these forms signed and completed with you in the morning to drop off at contactless registration. We will not have pens available for use on-site given current restrictions in place. If you do not have these forms filled out and signed you will not be able to participate.
