2019 Runoffs Garage Lottery
Event Requirements
Registration closed July 24, 2019 11:59 PM at 2019-07-24T21:59:00-0700 Registration ends July 24, 2019 11:59 PM at 2019-07-24T21:59:00-0700 Registration opens July 1, 2019 9:00 AM at 2019-07-01T07:00:00-0700 Registration runs from July 1, 2019 9:00 AM to July 24, 2019 11:59 PM
Garages:
- 18 Garages; 15’ x 30’ = $2500 for the full week, including SCCA test days, qualifying and race days.
- Includes 15’ x 90’ rig parking space
- 15 bays are “open bay” with no partition walls, perfect for teams. (#1-3; #4-6; #7-9; #10-12; #13-15)
- 3 bays are “private” single partition units (#16-#18)
Cancellation of Garage Lottery Entry: A garage lottery event entry may be canceled without penalty prior July 24th and the garage lottery drawing. After the drawing has occurred, you may cancel the event entry if the credit has not been redeemed, however a 50% cancellation fee will apply ($487.50.) Once purchased and assigned garages are NON-TRANSFERABLE. If you do not meet the eligibility requirements and do not qualify for the 2019 Runoffs, your event entry and garage fee will be refunded in full.
Cancellation of Garage and/or Paddock Reservation: Written requests for cancellation of garage or paddock reservations received by September 25, 2019 will receive a full refund of reservation fees or deposits, if any. Written requests for cancellation of garage and/or paddock reservations received between September 26 and October 13 will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee based on the total garage rental or paddock fee. No refunds after October 13.
If you enter the Garage Lottery, you are encouraged to also submit a multi-car team request, in the event you do not receive a garage.
