All racers must be at least 16 years of age and must provide a valid photo ID with certification of birthdate. If a race younger than 18 is coming to race for the first time, a parent or guardian must be present during visit to sign the wavier. If the parent or guardian can not make it to the facility, a notarized wavier must be brought upon arrival. You can not call over the phone and grant permission.
