Cheers to Sixty Years Picnic

Event Requirements

This event was cancelled Jul 24, 2020. Can we show you some more events nearby?

Each picnic participant must agree to sign two documents: 1) the standard PCA Event Waiver and 2) the PCA COVID-19 Release, in order to participate in the tour to Elkhart Lake.  We are now enabled to sign both documents electronically on the MotorsportReg ("MSR") website using an app called SpeedWaiver.  A link to the SpeedWaiver app for this picnic can be found on the confirmation which you will receive after registering for the event.  Confirmation that both documents have been signed can be downloaded onto your smartphone(s) to be displayed at event check-in.  If any difficulty is experienced in accomplishing this download, please contact Alan Wagner (262) 416-8503.  It is emphasized that each picnic participant must have confirmation of waiver signing available on a smart phone for admission onto the picnic grounds.

We will be following health & safety guidelines established specifically for this event.  These guidelines are listed below:

1.    If you have any COVID-19 symptoms, please stay home.
2.    Registration for the picnic shall be accomplished only electronically via MSR (hopefully that's why you are reading this) a minimum of 7 days prior to the picnic date (i.e., by 10:00 PM CDT on August 9, 2020 aka: the "deadline").
3.    No late, nor on-site, registrations shall be accepted.
4.    Both the standard PCA event waiver and the PCA COVID-19 release must be signed electronically by each picnic attendee in advance on MotorsportReg.com (“MSR”) and confirmation must displayed on participants’ smart phone(s) at check in for the picnic.
5.    The picnic organizers will wear face masks during the review of waiver confirmation on attendees’ smart phones.  The attendees shall also each wear face masks during the check-in process.
6.    At all times, a minimum of six-foot social distancing and the wearing of face masks (except while eating and drinking) is strongly recommended.
7.    No touching of any car (other than your own) shall be allowed.

8.  It is planned to eat outdoors, weather permitting for maximum air exchange.  If inclement weather occurs, we will eat at tables inside an open-air pavillion.  Attendees from different households are encouraged to maintain a minimum social distancing of six feet at all times.
9.  Attendees are encouraged to bring their own hand sanitizer and/or wipes, for use frequently during the picnic.
