In order to attend our event, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be 19 years or older and have a valid driver's license.
• Have a Snell 2010 or newer certified helmet (M ratings OK).
• Convertibles MUST meet the specifications on the previous page.
• All Instructors MUST be approved by our  Chief Instructor, Hank Bowman, ahbowman@gmail.com 
• Go to http://albmwcca.org/drivers-education for DE form downloads and additional information
• Forms must be completed prior to registration at Barber.
• Have your vehicle tech inspected within 30 days of arriving at the track.
• You will be responsible for any damages to the Barber Motorsport Park Facility
• The host hotel for the event is the Hampton Inn, 310 Rex Lake Rd. Leeds, Alabama, $99 per night + tax.  Call the hotel directly at 205-702-4141 and ask for the BMW Car Club.   The last day to hold the block of rooms and get the discounted room rate is 8/18/2018 so make your reservations early.  The Hampton Inn is 1/4 mile from Barber's entrance.
