EVENT REQUIREMENTS:
- Completed applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Applications will be considered complete upon receipt of both registration and full payment.
- Non-driving guests are welcome but they may NOT ride in the cars on track with the participants. Non-driving guests may be allowed to ride with the instructors or ride over to the event area to take photos or videos. However, that is at the discretion of the performance center staff, so no guarantees.
- Do not make final, non-refundable travel arrangements to this event until you are confirmed into the event in writing (via email) from the event coordinator. The Golden Gate Chapter nor the BMW CCA will reimburse any registrant or be responsible in any way at any time for any travel-related expenses incurred by participants to this event.
