34th ANNUAL 6/12 HOURS OF THE CASCADES
October 16 & 17, 2009
This race is sanctioned by ICSCC, under the 2009 regulations as a non-championship race, organized by the Cascade Sports Car Club and held at Portland International Raceway. Race Chair Chris Heinrich 503-690-0939 may be reached until 10:00 pm.

The Primary Driver may register online and add his co-drivers names into the registration. However, Each driver must submit a separate entry form. Please try to send in team entries together. The entry form may be found at this link.
ENTRY FEES:
Cascade Members – cash/check/Visa/MC price $925.00 ( 12 hour )
ICSCC or others – cash/check/Visa/MC price $675.00 ( 6 hour )
Cascade Members – cash/check/Visa/MC price $625.00 ( 6 hour )
(only one driver on the team needs to be a Cascade member for the team to receive this rate)
LATE ENTRY FEE $100.00

In order to be eligible to run this event all drivers must hold one of the following current licenses: ICSCC - ARR or IRR, SCCA National, FIA, ASN, CACC, NASA. SCCA Regional & all other licenses must be reviewed and approved by the ICSCC License Director; Randy Blaylock before entry closure. Entries will be limited to the first 50 cars. Additional entries will be placed on a waiting list. 25 cars per race (6/12) will be reserved up until 10 days prior to the race.
Supplemental regulations are available at cascadesportscarclub.org or can be emailed upon request.
Entries may be faxed in prior to the late entry deadline and payment made at the track with no late fee.

- If you do not already have one, create an account on MotorsportReg.com after reading these steps.
- Once logged in, click "My Account" at the top right.
- Review your vehicle(s) making sure to enter your preferred car numbers and your transponder number.
- Enter your medical information for the Ambulance/Life Support crew.
- If you already have an account, please be sure your profile contains your club affiliation & competition license type.
- Now return to this page and enter the event and pay online.

Transponder numbers are required for all race cars. If you do not have a transponder listed in your vehicle profile, you must provide the number at Registration. If you don't own a transponder, you may rent one for the weekend from Registration by selecting that item when you register and filling out the form here and returning it to me by email or fax (503) 654-0997.
Remember to come to Registration with your competition license, government or provincial license and your Club Card. Registration will be located on the first floor of the South Paddock tower in the Rose Cup Room.
Numbers to be used will be assigned by the Registrar and issued at registration. These numbers must used on all cars and any other exposed numbers blotted out. Numbers must be affixed before tech inspection. Cascade will provide a white backing for these numbers.
How the Online Payment works: Your credit card will not be charged until after our event has begun. A pre-authorization check is done electronically to confirm validity and capacity of your account by msr.com, much like a hotel might do. The pre-auth should fall off your account in 24-72 hours depending on your bank card's practices. DEBIT CARD USERS, you can use your card on msr.com, but, you should treat the pre-authorization as a debit, and account for this, until the "hold" is dropped by your bank.
