GRA Spring Practice

Auto Club Speedway

About this event

NO ONLINE REGISTRATION, REGULAR MAIL ONLY.  SEE BELOW.

GRA and CSCC members are invited to the GRA Solo II Practice, Saturday May 21, (80 entrants max.).  Each GRA member can invite up to 2 friends.  The friends must list their GRA sponsor.  There will be no verbal reservations.  Your spot is reserved by your check in a postmarked envelope.  There will no shared run/work entries. The cost for this practice will be $40 for GRA members and $60 for GRA friends and CSCC members.

Make your checks out to CSCC Solo II. Mail All entries to:  GRA, P.O. Box 8209, Mission Hills, CA  91346-8209.  Please include your e-mail address.  Check out the message board on solo2.com for your registration conformation.

If you have to cancel, and we fill your spot, we’ll destroy your check.  There will be two lists:  The first list is for GRA members and their friends.  The second is a waiting list of CSCC members who will be listed in the order that their entries are received, according to the postmark .  On May 13, if there are less than 80 people on the GRA member and friends list, we will fill the remaining spots from the second/waiting list.  So, get your entries in early to get on the list of confirmed entrants, because after the 13th, the event will most likely be full.

We will use the same format as in the past.  You can run all day except for your work group, which will last approximately 1½ hrs (there will be 5 work groups).  You can run any car that has passed tech inspection.  All entrants will need to check in at registration before 8:30 AM to choose a work group/grid lane, and receive their colored wrist band for that group (first come, first choice).  If you desire a particular work group, you need to get there early, closer to 7:00 AM.  If you haven’t checked in by 8:30 AM, your spot will be given to someone on the waiting list who is there.  GRA will provide free coffee and muffins in the morning, with water throughout the day.
