All Region Presidents and Vice Presidents are invited to attend the November Zone 7 President's meeting to be held on November 9, 2019 at the Maidu Community Center located at 1550 Maidu Drive, Roseville, Ca. 95661. from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Check-in from 9;00-9:30 am. Meeting starts at 9:30 am. Coffee and doughnuts will be provided as well as a light lunch. The agenda will cover news and updates from the Zone as well as national. In addition we will have a discussion on building Region-dealer relationships, regional report form submittal, and a short discussion on privacy issues related to member information. If you have an item you would like to have added to the agenda please let me know. Attendance is limited to 2 officers from each region. If either you or your vice president is unable to attend, please send another elected board member.If you are a club president who is terming out, then this notice is directed at your incoming president and vice president. If you are planning on staying for the annual Zone 7 awards banquet being held at Cattleman's Restaurant that evening, I recommend the Hilton Garden Inn at 1951 Taylor Road or the Marriott Suites at 1930 Taylor Road. Both are a short drive from both the meeting location and the restaurant. You must register for the awards banquet separately.
