Hey WOR Members, Family, and Friends!
This summer we are heading to the ballpark for a night of cars and baseball! Thanks to our fantastic partnership with the Dayton Dragons, we have a unique opportunity to showcase our club, display our cars, and enjoy a night at the game together. Please bring/invite your friends, family, significant others, fellow racers from other regions, and anyone else you think would enjoy an evening out of the house!
- When: August 4th
- Where: Day Air Ballpark, 220 N Patterson Blvd, Dayton, OH 45402
- Arrival Time: 5:30pm
- Plaza Display: 6:00pm
- First Pitch: 7:05pm (Dayton Dragons vs. Great Lake Loons)
- Cost: $15/per ticket
- Payments are accepted online by credit/debit card
This is a family-friendly event, a perfect opportunity to introduce your friends, significant others, kids, and extended family to the WOR community. If you’ve been looking for a relaxed, fun way to get your favorite people involved with the club, this is it.
After displaying our cars on the Plaza, we’ll head into the stadium to watch the Dayton Dragons take on the Great Lakes Loons. We have designated group seating so we can all hang out, talk cars, and enjoy the game together.
Register by July 2nd so we can finalize our ticket count! If you miss the cut-off date, please contact the event organizer. We should be able to accommodate inclusion in the Plaza Display, but you may be required to purchase your ticket directly through the Dayton Dragons' website and we cannot guarantee you will be able to sit with the club in the group seating area.

Event requirements
Car Plaza Display
We have been invited to showcase our sports/race cars on the Plaza in front of the Day Air Ballpark before the game. Please bring your car fully dressed for grid! This means magnets/vinyl numbers applied, class letters visible, and any sponsor or SCCA/WOR decals proudly displayed.
Baseball Game
Once the plaza display wraps up, we’ll head through the gates as a team to pack our group seating section!
While we are there to relax and cheer on the Dragons, please remember that we are the public face of SCCA and the WOR for the night. Day Air Ballpark is a community space, and this is a strictly family-friendly event. We want to ensure our behavior reflects the very best of our club.
