All registrations will require confirmation. Approval/confirmation will be based on, but not limited to the following:
- Overall experience and ability.
- Pro Racing experience.
- Available to work at least two days.
If only able to work one day, please register and we will review and get back to you as soon as possible.
All workers must be at least 18 years old.
An SCCA membership number and license grade is preferred but not required.
Workers must wear whites and come prepared for any possible weather and station conditions; rain gear, bug spray, sunscreen, gloves and whistle, and it wouldn't hurt to still bring face masks and hand sanitizer.

This season payroll forms must be updated, even if completed previously.
Once your register and are approved to work, I will email you the form to complete. You will also have to bring your driver's license and social security or a valid passport to complete a federal I-9 form the first day you work. The payroll system is ADP. Using their app, you can make changes to your withholding and direct deposit.
More specific information regarding registration/check-in, paperwork and track waiver will be provided to all workers prior to the event.
All workers (except campers) enter the track at the Track office, park in Z lot and come to the Paddock A cafe.
The morning of your first day working you will complete any paperwork, and each morning everyone must sign the insurance waiver (even those with LRP credentials) and the payroll sign-in sheet.
Hard cards will be issued to those who typically work multiple events. Those who do not will be sent an event wrist band.
