LIUNA 150 - NASCAR WEEKEND: Friday, June 27 - Saturday, June 28, 2025
A proving grounds for both emerging talents and racing veterans, the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series offers some of the most action-packed racing in the country! Piloting stock-car style, purpose-built race trucks, drivers compete for the title on a mix of short tracks & super speedways, as well as road courses.
The ARCA Menards Series bridges the gap between local short-track racing and national professional racing, ARCA Menards series utilizes past generation Cup-style stock car chassis & spec engines in a true test of driver ability.
Showcasing future stars on the Road to Indy, USF Juniors brings open-wheel racing to the LIUNA 150 Weekend.

- 11AM – USF Juniors Race
- 1PM – NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series Race
- 4PM – ARCA Menards Series Race

Event requirements
GENERAL INFORMATION
Workers are paid employees. You must register and be approved prior to the event.
All registrations will require confirmation. Approval/confirmation will be based on, but not limited to the following:
- Overall experience and ability.
- Pro Racing experience.
- Available to work both days.
If only able to work one day, please register and we will review and get back to you as soon as possible.
All workers must be at least 18 years old.
An SCCA membership number and license grade is preferred but not required.
Workers must wear whites and come prepared for any possible weather and station conditions; rain gear, bug spray, sunscreen, gloves and whistle, and it wouldn't hurt to still bring face masks and hand sanitizer.
Workers are paid hourly. This season payroll will be processed by PayCom. If you worked last season your payroll information should have transferred to PayCom. Using their app, you can make changes to your withholding and direct deposit.
If you did not work last season, you will have to bring your driver's license and social security or a valid passport to complete a federal I-9 form and PAF (payroll activation form) the first day you work. Your payroll paperwork must be completed before you leave at the end of the event.
All workers (except campers) enter the track at the Track office, park in Z lot and come to the Paddock A cafe.
Each morning everyone must sign the payroll sign-in sheet.
All those working this weekend must have a Lime Rock 2026 hardcard. Anyone who has not worked yet recieved a hardcard will be sent the track waiver link and email to send a head shot.
Please make sure your current address is on your motorsportsreg account or email it to me. Your hardcard will probably have to be sent to you.

Please check in with either Flag Chief, Desiree or Joe, at least 15 minutes prior to the first meeting meeting.

All track workers are required to attend the these meetings; Flagging & Communications and Grid
No admittance into EMS unless you have a medical emergency.
You will not respond to any accident or incident on track.
No one is allowed onto the flag station with corner workers.
Worker camping must be reserved on your motorsports registration (tent, popup or car camping only).
