About this event
Celebrating its 42nd year, the Lime Rock Historic Festival once again brings together an exciting and diverse field of historic racing machines for a Labor Day Weekend celebration of speed, sound and beauty with classes that range from pre-war open-wheel cars to the sports and formula cars of the postwar era. Friday, Saturday and Monday feature non-stop, on-track competition across a diverse set of historic racing classes.
As part of the Historic Festival tradition, Lime Rock Park selects a featured marque to be celebrated throughout the weekend. This year, we’re celebrating Ford, highlighting the 60th Anniversary of the Mustang & the illustrious history of Ford Performance.
Celebrating Lime Rock Park’s illustrious racing history, a featured race group is selected to be highlighted on-track throughout the weekend. This year, we’ll be featuring a new Turn of the Century World Challenge (1995-2005) class.
As part of Historic Festival, Lime Rock Park selects an Honored Collector to be celebrated throughout the weekend. This year’s honored collector is Ross Myers, who will be displaying a beautiful collection of Ford race cars, like the 1986 Probe GTP shown here.
