 Successfully deal with unwanted behaviors, from harassment and bullying

to emotional abuse and physical assault.  

DESIGNED FOR ALL PHYSICAL ABILITIES. 

Topics include avoidance strategies, projecting confidence, using intuition, setting and maintaining boundaries.   

Learn effective physical techniques including release from various holds, and ways to disable an assailant with basic kicks and strikes. 

Dress in comfortable clothing and soft sole atheltic shoes.  Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete check in.

There are two circular driveways for parking.  One directly in front of the school and one in front of the basketball courts.

There will be no refreshments offered at this event.
