We have secured the rooms at the Aava Hotel in Whistler for June 9th to 11th 2023. The room rate agreed with the Hotel is $209.00 plus 16% tax for a Deluxe Room. Hotel offers 50% discount for parking on $22.00 per day.

The Group Name is MBCA- BC Section and when making reservations MBCA- BC Section must be requested to receive the group rate.
Group room rate is confirmed by Aava Whistler Hotel until April 25th 2023 after April 25, 2023 room rate will be no longer available.
