Volunteers for on-track work can register here until August 15th

Please note that additional information, including finalized schedule details, will be updated as released. Volunteers will be emailed through MotorsportReg.com for all communications, so please be sure to use a working email that you can check on a regular basis. Your confirmation email from your specialty chief will be among those emails.

RACE MARSHAL LICENSE REQUIREMENT:
Because the FIA requires that all race marshals hold a current license through their country’s ASN, you will be required to provide proof during the registration process. If you’re a U.S.-based marshal, you will have to provide a current SCCA or USAC license. If you’re a non-U.S. based marshal, you will have to provide a current marshal license and recommendation letter from your country’s ASN.

SCHEDULE (all times are tentative):

Please note that participation is required for all three event days. Thank you for your understanding and commitment.

• Thursday, August 29 - Registration, Track Test, & kick-off dinner
• Friday, August 30 – HOT TRACK! – 8:00 am – 7:00 pm (morning meetings held 1-2 hours before hot track)
• Saturday, August 31 – HOT TRACK! – 8:00 am – 7:00 pm (morning meetings held 1-2 hours before hot track)
• Sunday, September 1 – HOT TRACK! – 7:00 am – 7:00 pm (morning meetings held 1-2 hours before hot track)
