3:00 pm  Check in @ the 1st floor - Cocktail reception (3rd floor)

3:30 pm  Road Racing awards @ "the stage by the bar" (2nd floor)

4:00 pm  Autocross, Track Days, & Time Trials awards @ Champ suite (3rd floor)

6:00 pm  Cocktail hour @ the Grotto & the 2nd floor bar

7:00 pm  Doors open Groove Music Hall (1st floor)

7:30 pm  Dinner @ Groove 

8:15 pm  Region awards during dinner 

9:00 pm  DJ and dancing with cash bar (1st floor)

11:30 pm  Last call at the bar

Cocktail Shrimp, Spinach Dip w/Crostini, Meatballs w/Sauce, Charcuterie Displays

Meal Choices:

• Beef  -  Chimichurri Flank Steak, Mashed Potatoes, Garlic Butter Spinach
• Chicken  -  Peruvian Chicken w/ Churmula, Asparagus, Cilantro Blackbean Rice
• Vegetarian  -  Falafel over Rice and Lentils, w/ Spiced tomato sauce and Tzatziki

     All meals include a garden or caesar salad

    The banquet location at Dominion Raceway is fully accessible, with ample handicap designated parking, and elevators to provide access to all floors
