Would like to invite you to a Corvettes only Car Show to be held at
Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, Bethesda, MD
To support the Warrior Transition Brigade soldiers, family, and staff.
When: Saturday September 8th
Time: 11 AM until 3:30 PM
Registration will be $20.00. (Note: An additional $5.00 will be collected for each guest you bring)
Limited to a Maximum number of Corvettes = 35 (by Walter Reed)
We are limited to the space being provided which can only accommodate 35 cars for this show.

ACCESS TO THE WALTER REED MEDICAL FACILITY/BASE
- "No special security form is needed for base access" if you possess: a Valid CAC card and/or a Retired Military I.D. Card. All you need to do is register and submit payment information.
- Submission of security forms is only required if you don't possess one of the items listed #1 above (CAC or Military I.D.). In that case, Paul Fineberg (pfineberg@gmail.com) will send you a security form to fill out and we will be sending out instructions via e-mail on the submission of that form. Any questions on the security form can be addressed to Paul Fineberg (pfineberg@gmail.com).
- Submission procedures of the form itself, to the base, are still be worked at this date, and Paul Fineberg will send out an e-mail to all that have registered and needing a form, with directions. Do not send the form to anyone on your own, because it will not be processed. All forms will be going to one contact person on the base who is representing the USO/Security. Info on details will be sent to you via mail, well prior to the event.
Event requirements

We are excited to offer you a chance to display your Corvette with other Corvettes on the Walter Reed campus.
We are limited to the first 35 Corvettes that register. You of course are allowed to bring a guest.
Sadly, we are restricted to 35 Corvettes. A limited number of spectators will be allowed to attend if they have a CAC card already, or are willing to fill out and submit the Base Access Request Form.
Registration Fees: For this event, we were restricted from making cash donations to the Warrior Transition Brigade; however, we will further research what needs to be done to make future donations. The registration fee is $20.00 for entrants ($5 for spectators) and used to purchase the food, drinks, paper plates, etc. Note: An additional fee of $5.00 will be collected for each guest that joins you.
Magazines: You are also requested to bring magazines such as National Geographic, AutoWeek, Road and Track, Popular Science, other car magazines, gun magazines, motorcycle magazines, as examples. Last year we left over 100# of magazines.
