Welcome to VMSC 2026 Season!

Please read thoroughly as there are changes to this year's events with regards to waivers and technical inspection forms.

IMPORTANT: Waivers
The Confederation of Autosport Car Clubs (CACC - our sanctioning provincial body) and VMSC use an online ANNUAL waiver form.
Drivers and guests will be required to fill out the online Speedwaiver prior to entry. Please complete the form in advance and save, screenshot, or print your proof of waiver to present it at registration. Your 2025 Speedwaiver has expired so please complete a new one via the link below. 

CACC / VMSC Speed Waiver
Follow the link above to fill out your 2026 Annual Waiver. Any drivers with a current 2026 CACC issued license (Race, Autoslalom, Officials, etc) will have already completed the annual waiver so showing your CACC license is adequate proof of completion. If you have attended a VMSC event in 2026 just show the waiver you did in the past.  

CACC / VMSC Technical Inspection Form
This form must be filled out prior to registration and a new one needs to be done for each event.  Vehicles may also have a physical spot check for helmet certification, mechanical requirements and class compliance.

SCHEDULE

09:00 - Open for registration. Competitors will show their driver's license, completed CACC Speedwaiver and completed CACC Tech form. 

09:15 - Course open for walking

09:50 - Novice Meeting

10:00 - Drivers meeting

10:30 - Track goes hot

15:00 - Track goes cold. Actual time may vary

REGISTRATION
2026 VMSC Memberships are available online via Motorsportreg.com: https://msreg.com/VMSCMembership26

VMSC 2026 Memberships are available and must be completed prior to registration. All registrants will be held and reviewed before being processed.  You will get an email when you are confirmed and your card charged. Co-drives are allowed. If registration reaches capacity, a waitlist will be started. Entries under 19 years of age must complete a minor waiver. Novice and Learners licenses are accepted, all L drivers are required to have a senior driver / supervisor ride as passenger. The VMSC minor waiver is part of the CACC annual waiver and must be completed by the minor's parent or guardian.  The VIMC minor waiver is done at the facility.

GUEST POLICY
Paid entries are welcome to bring guest(s) with them. The driver will be responsible for the conduct of their guest during the event. All guests will be required to sign the online Speedwaiver. Guests under 19 are required to have a completed Minor Waiver (via Speedwaiver, same link as above), and guests under 14 years are not permitted as a passenger or within the competition area. 

Please ensure that you have checked your vehicle for self tech items prior to the event (eg, remove driver side floor mat). All entrants are responsible for the correct classification of their car. Consult the SCCA SOLO rule book for classification.
We use visible numbers as part of our timing system - Please bring tape, a window marker, or printed decals to identify your car (a club number will be issued to you on the day of the event if you are new).
