Vendor Pricing Options:
- Exhibitor Space 10'x10' - $400
- Exhibitor Space 10'x20' - $550
- Exhibitor Space 20'x20' - $800
- Exhibitor Space 20'x30' - $900
- Exhibitor Space 20'x40' - $1000
- Exhibitor Space 20'x60' - $1400
- Exhibitor Space 20'x80' - $1600
ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES
Optional Advertising Opportunities to spread awareness to the fans in attendance.
- PA Package- $500 - Three PA's reads per event day during event hours, approximately 100 words, 15 seconds, supplied by vendor.
- Jumbotron and MotoAmerica Live+ Ad Spot - $400 per ad spot - can purchase max of 3 per day. Ad spots on the jumbotron/LED screens also appear on MA Live+ Streaming nationwide. Vendor supplies the ad spot/creative.

Event Details:
Set up: Thursday from 1pm-5pm or Friday 8am-5pm. Must be set-up by Friday at 5 pm.
Move out: Must be moved out by 7pm on Sunday.
EVENT DATES & TIMES: September 11-13, 8 am to 5 pm (subject to change)
MUST be in operation from 8 am to 5 pm on Saturday and Sunday of the EVENT DATES.
Food Rules:
- No food can be sold as a MotoAmerica Vendor. Food vendors must go directly through the COTA Catering team. If you wish to be a food vendor, do not fill out this MotoAmerica vendor registration. Instead, please reach out to: Daniel Northcutt - northcutt101@gmail.com
- Food samples can be given out by approved MotoAmerica sponsors, but no food may be sold
