Event Pricing:
Early Bird - $215 GST included in price. Register Before March 30, 2026
Entry Fee Full day - $250 GST included in price.
Velocity Autosports Track Days are run in controlled environments with our trained and highly experienced staff. We ensure premium track time by keeping our run groups to a safe and controlled level.
Velocity Autosports typically run 3-4 groups per event. Groups are based on Experience, Skill level, and Vehicle/Set up. We will adjust drivers between groups if needed.
Run Groups:
HPD-1: For Experienced drivers, Seasoned track drivers, Qualified racers, and Instructors. This is a fast-paced group. Cars vary from High Performance, Super car and Race car set ups. We may adjust drivers between groups HPD-1 and HPD-2.
HPD-2: Drivers with a fair amount of track experience but may not be ready to run in HPD-1. We may adjust drivers between HPD-1 and HPD-2 groups depending on the pace, experience, and vehicle.
Beginner: For drivers who have completed our novice program, or have limited track experience. Instructors will provide coaching in this group. Instructors are not assigned but will work with all drivers.
Novice: For drivers who have no previous track driving experience. This group will receive full day instruction. Limited spots available.
Event Times:
Gates will be open 7:30am
Registration 8:00am
Mandatory Drivers meeting approximately 8:30am
On track activities 9:00am
1hr Lunch
4:00pm checkered flag, Event ends
NOTE: Walk in registration may be accepted upon proof of on track history. Marijuana smoking is not permitted at any time during the event.
Event requirements
Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required.
Velocity Autosports reserves the right to forbid any vehicle from participating if felt unsafe at the event to participate. Refunds will NOT be provided to drivers whose vehicles fail to meet this. Please have your vehicles inspected by your service shop before the event to ensure your car is ready. You may also contact us for recommended shops to have your vehicle looked over.
Convertible Vehicles:
Soft top and convertible cars insured by ICBC are welcomed to join the event.
Helmets:
All drivers must wear a helmet. It is highly recommended to wear a snell approved helmet. Loaner helmets are available. Please reserve one with your registration to ensure you get one. Otherwise, they will be available on first come, first serve basis.
Guests:
Guests are welcome at the event. Passengers will have to sign the waiver release form and receive a wrist band just like the drivers.
Lunch:
Keeping costs down we will not have lunch on site. There are lunch options roughly 5 minutes away.
Weather:
This event will occur rain or shine.
