Teen & Adult Driving Clinic - Sat, July 16, 2011

Dakota County Technical College

About this event

The July 16 Driving Clinic has been cancelled.

This special, combined, Teen and Adult Driving Clinic offers both young drivers and more experienced drivers the opportunity to improve everyday driving skills and become a better, safer driver.

Our staff of highly trained driving instructors will help you hone your car handling skills in a low-key comfortable environment.  From slalom and wet skid pad exercises to braking and accident avoidance, you'll gain an understanding of driving dynamics at a new level and build confidence for driving in any weather condition.  We'll also teach some basic car care maintenance to ensure you get from point A to point B safe and sound.

This 7 hour program consists of 3 half-hour long classroom sessions and five and a half hours of behind the wheel exercises.  The clinic starts at 8:00am at Dakota County Technical College in Rosemount, MN and completes by 4:30pm.  Lunch and refreshments are provided.

The cost is $149 per adult driver / student (age 20+).  You do NOT need to own an Audi but as an adult participant you do need to be a member of Audi Club North America.  If you would like to join or renew membership, visit the ACNA website at http://www.audiclubna.org/join-renew.

The cost per teen age student is $149.  Our wonderful local sponsors, Carousel and Maplewood Audi, are offering a $50 Teen Driver Rebate (one rebate per teen student) with proof of program completion.  This brings the final cost down to only $99.  Audi Club North America membership is NOT required for teen participation.

Class class size is limited and spots fill quickly.  Register early for guaranteed enrollment.

Sponsored by: Shell Oil Company, Carousel and Maplewood Audi
