All Student, Volunteer and Coach participants in this event will be required to provide proof of COVID vaccination. You will either upload it during registration or send it to the organizers.
Driving Directions
This is the old Raleigh Police Driving Facility off Battle Bridge Road in southeast Raleigh. Its south of Knightdale and north of Clayton. The entrance to the facility is at the intersection of Battle Bridge Road and Brown Field Road.
About This Event
The Tire Rack Street Survival School aims to teach new drivers life-saving skills behind the wheel including car control they can use in everyday driving. Doing so requires a large number of volunteers to help run the event. Your help is extremely valuable in making this a fun, safe, and enjoyable event for everyone involved! Thank you for volunteering!
When: October 22 and 23, 2022 (One teen driving clinic each day)

General Information
Volunteering duties range from resetting cones to registration, directing traffic, setting up for lunch, and everything in between. No experience is necessary. If you have a willingness to help and contribute in any way, we’d love to have you. Even if you have no experience, we can use your help!
An event of our size will typically require about 30 volunteers each day.
Registration for in-car coaches and students is handled separately. This registration is for general volunteers only. Coaches and Students should use the two links above to register for Saturday or Sunday. Volunteers continue here to register for either or both days.

As the event nears we’ll communicate more details to you via email. Please keep an eye out for those. Additionally, we’ll have at least one conference call 1-2 weeks prior to the event to go over basic logistics and answer any questions.
