Tarheel Banquet Postponed |

The annual meeting and banquet is being postponed. The Tarheel BMW CCA Board of Directors made this decision due to very low registration as well as considering the best available medical advice and government recommendations concerning the current coronavirus threat. This decision was made reluctantly in the best interest of our members. We are very sorry for the inconvenience. If you have already registered, your payment will be refunded. A notice will be sent when a new date has been selected. We look forward to seeing many of you there when we are able to plan a new event. |

Before the evening festivities, we've got a few Saturday activities to choose:
Open Saturday Morning from 10am-3pm.
A visit to the museum is free. The Team store is also open from 10am to 3pm. The Hendrick Motorsport Complex can be toured any time during the day, however the race shops are closed on Sat and Sun.

A group is being organized to go. Meet Andy Barbee at the QT at 8820 Christenbury Parkway, Concord at 7:00am Saturday morning. The group will leave at 7:30am to go to CMS.
Victory Lane Karting 11am
VLK is located at 2330 Tipton Drive, Suite 100; Charlotte, NC.
This will be a SuperPrix which is three 10 minute sessions (Practice, Qualifier, & Race)
Cost: $72.93 –Please pre-register on line as described below.

When it asks "I'm here for", click on the drop down menu, select "I have an event code" and enter the event code 211721 from above.
Dress Code: Closed-toe shoes are required. If you don't want to wear a racing suit, long pants are required. No jeans with large holes.
If you plan to stay overnight, we have selected a hotel about 1 mile from Hendrick.
