2025 Volunteer Marshal Registration
VOLUNTEER SPECIALTIES:
Flagging & Communication
FOOD:
We offer lunch every day and plenty of water. Breakfast and dinner WILL NOT be provided.
UNIFORM:
Please wear your marshal whites with closed toe shoes. No shorts.
OFFER:
Marshals will receive (1) $75 gas card for each day worked.
SCHEDULE (all times are tentative):
Meetings are held approx. 1-2 hours before Hot Track time.
Friday, October 31st - HOT TRACK! - 7:30 am - 6:30 pm
Saturday, November 1st – HOT TRACK! – 7:30 am – 6:30 pm
Sunday, November 2nd – HOT TRACK! – 7:30 am – 5:00 pm
*** Remember daylight savings- time changes on Sunday, Nov. 2nd in the AM ***

The premium RV lot will be open for campers. Email rvpark@thecircuit.com for rates and to secure a spot.
Event requirements
Prior F&C experience is required and an SCCA license is preferred. Completion of this form does not guarantee you acceptance to work the event. You will be sent another email with further instructions if you are accepted.
