Join the Flagging & Communication team at COTA!
Join us for SVRA Racing America at Circuit of The Americas, November 6–8, 2026. As part of our Flagging & Communication crew, you’ll help keep drivers informed and race control connected to what’s happening on track. Enjoy a weekend of racing and camaraderie—we’d love to have you on the team!
What’s provided
- Breakfast and lunch each day, plus plenty of water.
- A $75 gift card for every day worked.
- SCCA members are eligible for VIP days for this event.
What to wear
Please wear marshal whites, long pants, and closed-toe shoes. No shorts.
Daily schedule — November 6–8 (subject to change)
- Plan to arrive by 5:45 a.m. each day for the morning meeting.
- Hot track: 7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. all three days.
The premium RV lot is available for camping. Contact rvpark@thecircuit.com for marshal rates and reservations.

Event requirements
Flagging & Communication experience is preferred, but newer marshals are also welcome to apply. This is an opportunity to learn flagging, radio communication, and track observation alongside experienced F&C teammates.
Please share your F&C experience when registering, including if you’re just getting started, so we can plan suitable assignments and support.
