Join Us for the Spring Work Party - April 20th. Work begins at 9am.
Work party tasks will include:
- Garbage collection around the track and paddock
- Clean garbage cans, store in TAK
- Remove wood and other debris from front gate
- Prepare bathrooms for the season
- Make sure the golf cart, medi van, mower, weed wackers and tractor are serviced & running.
- Remove the tarps from the BBQ shack
- Set up of start lights and smart board
- Set up track barriers, fill barriers with water
- Remove any remaining snow with tractor
- Perimeter & pre-grid fence inspection and repairs
- Repair fence on pregrid
- Gate maintenance
- ATCO building tidying
- Tire wrapping
- Clean out Tech & Scalehouse
- Blow/sweep debris off the track
- Whatever else Bryan deems necessary
Event requirements
All Work Party Attendies Must Have A Valid Speedwaiver.
Minimum Age Is 12.
Due to the work required and machines running around we ask that no members under 12 years of age register for and/or come to the track during the work party.
