The North Carolina Region of the SCCA and the Tarheel Sports Car Club are proud to present the Stalling Memorial Autox at Cherry Point.
Come and join us as the 2013 Cape Fear Autocross Championship Series Visits MCAS Cherry Point! MCAS Cherry Point is the premire SOLO event site in North Carolina and the Stallings Memorial Autox at Cherry Point will be a double points event (Each day will be its own points event) for the 4th and 5th points events of the 2013 season. This is also a Joint event being held between NCR and THSCC and will be Points Event #8.
This event will be held on Saturday, August 17th & Sunday, August 18th.
On-line pre-registration will close on Sunday, August 11th at Midnight. Register early to guarantee your spot!!!

We have 10 King Standard rooms (they have pull out couches) and 10 rooms with 2 double beds. The rate for both rooms is $99 a night. The block is under “NCR-SCCA Autocross”.
Online pre-registration will open on Sunday June 16th at NOON and will close on Sunday, August 11th at Midnight. This is to ensure that the information needed for processing onto base is given to base officials with time to spare. We do not accept online payment, payment must be made on site at the time of registration. To guarantee your spot, Pre-register! We cannot guarantee access to base if we do not have your information in time.
There will be a Novice School held at this event. This will be held concurrently with the Autocross. There will be instruction on driving techniques, worker techniques, and ride alongs for those who need/want it. To register for the Novice School just register in novice class (note: Novice Class registration has changed. We now require a base class for Novice. Just choose Novice for your Class and PAX on the next screen and complete registration).
Drivers must be 16 years of age and hold a valid drivers license. Drivers under 18 years of age must fill out a minor waiver. All vehicles must pass a technical inspection and helmets must be SNELL 2000 or newer. Loaner helmets are available.
Car Classing is up to the driver. To help with this a copy of the SCCA Solo (Autocross) Rule Book can be found here. There is also the 2013 Stock Classifications quick list if you are running a Stock Class.
Numbers must be displayed on both sides of the car and legible at a distance. We do not supply numbers for drivers. If you use painters tape be sure it is a contrasting color to your car.
THSCC Annual Tech will be recognized for this Event.

$25.00 – One Day - SCCA Members and Active Military (Proper ID Required)
$35.00 – One Day - Non-Members (Includes SCCA Weekend Membership)
$40.00 – Two Day - SCCA Members and Active Military (Proper ID Required)
$50.00 – Two Day - Non-Members (Includes SCCA Weekend Membership)
Active Duty Military are entitled to Member Rates (Proper ID Required)
+$10.00 – Day of Event Registration
+$10.00 – Late Registration (After 8:45am)
$10.00 – Return Check Fee
