St Louis Region SCCA RX9 Harvest Time Sunday November 18
Location: City of Madison, IL Grass Field north of Gateway Motorsports Park Bend Road (Big Bend Road) 38.664917, -90.134927
Take 203N to the first traffic light past GMP entrance. Turn right onto Bend continue straight until you reach a gravel road on the right, turn onto the gravel road and go about .2 mile to site- course will be on the right side of road with Paddock and Spectator parking on the left side of road.
Cost: $35 members $50 non-members (includes weekend membership)
Entry fees payed at site can only be made by cash or check.
All persons driving or riding in a car at this event must have an SCCA membership, either full or weekend. Ride-along only passenger weekend membership available at the event for a cost of $10.
Everyone is required to sign a waiver.
All entrants are required to work at the event.
Helmets must be worn by all drivers and passengers during competition. Helmets must be in good condition, fit properly, provide adequate peripheral vision and the chinstrap must be securely fastened. All helmets meeting the latest or two immediately preceding Snell Foundation standards (SA2015, SAH2010, SA2010, SA2005, M2015, M2010, M2005 K2015, K2010, K2005), SFI standards 31.1, 41.1, 31.1A, 31.2A, 41.1A, 41.2A or British spec BS6658-85 type A/FR are acceptable.
Loaner helmets will be available at event.
All vehicles must pass safety (Tech) inspection prior to competing. You will be given a Tech inspection card at time of check-in/ registration. Tech inspection will be done in the Grid prior to your first timed run. Please place inspection card on your windshield, open your hood and have your helmet ready for inspection. Your car should be race ready when you bring it to grid.
Penalties: 2 seconds per displaced cone; 10 seconds for missed gate
SCHEDULE
8:00 am to 9:30 am course open for walking
8:45 am to 9:30 am check-in/registration/tech
9:30 am Drivers Meeting (Registration Area)
9:45 am Heat 1 to Grid
10:00 Heat 1 parade lap
Heat 2 will follow at the conclusion of Heat 1
Each Heat will get three runs in the morning and three runs after lunch. (Subject to Change)
Fuel, Air and food and water are available at the Pilot Truck Stop located at 203N and Ohio Ave (Directly across from GMP entrance) approximately 1 mile from event site.
