Welcome to the first SRF3 Pro event at Circuit of the Americas!

Dates:  November 14-17, 2018 - Circuit of the Americas, Austin, TX

This event will be held as a support race program during the "Hankook 24Hour by Creventic" Race Event and will see the SCCA Enterprises SRF3 Pro cars running two full races, three practice sessions and one qualifying during the dates November 14-17. 

While we are still confirming some of the details, but this will be a great opportunity to showcase this spectacular class and will be coordinated between SCCA Pro and SCCA Enterprises.

Entry Fee:  $1,200 per car (a portion of this fee will go to a prize fund) and the fee covers

Maximum number of cars:  50 

No Additional charge for Crew, Family, and Friends

Not only will this be a fun event, it will offer the following prize funds and Contingency payouts:

  • Masters Award:  60 & Over all combined both races
  • Young Gun Award: Under 25 Over all combined both races.
  • I’m a Racing God Award: Best overall combined both races.

Wednesday, November 14, 2018: The Upper Paddock will host the SRF3 Pro Cars

• Noon - 5:30 pm:        Paddock Staging and Initial Move-in
• 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm:   Registration for SRF3 Pro Tent - Upper Paddock

Thursday, November 15, 2018:

• 6:30 am - 8:00 am:      Late Load In Upper Paddock
• 7:00 am - 5:00 pm:      Registration for Drivers, Crew & Guest (SCCA Pro Tent)
• 9:00 am - 11:00 am:    Tech Inspections - Cars & Drivers; Upper Paddock
• 11:30 am - Noon          Drivers Meeting - SRF3 Pro Tent
• 1:00 pm - 1:30 pm       Timed Practice - session 1 (30 Minutes)
• 4:30 pm - 5:00 pm:      Timed Practice - session 2 (30 Minutes):            

Friday, November 16, 2018:

• 7:30 am - 12:00 noon:  Registration - Location: SRF3 Pro Tent Upper Paddock
• 8:00 am - 8:30 am:       Timed Practice - session 3 (30 minutes)
• 11:30 am - 11:55 pm:    Qualifying for Race 1 (25 minutes)
• 3:00 pm - 3:35 pm:        Race 1 (35 minutes)

Saturday, November 17, 2018:

• 7:30 am - 8:30 am:        Registration - Location:  SRF3 Pro Tent Upper Paddock
• 9:00 am - 9:35 am:        Race 2 (35 minutes) (Grid for this race will be based on best combined time in Qualifying and Race 1)
• First 14 hours of Hankook 24hrs of COTA follows

Note that the on track schedule is time certain.  Schedule updates will be posted and a final PDF will be attached two weeks in advance of the event once the lead series confirms the overall schedule is final.  

Preliminary Notes (will be part of the Event Supplemental Regulations that will be posted in early September):

SRF3 Pro Registration location:  Registration and all SRF3 Pro activities will be held in the Upper Paddock

Fuel:  NO SPEC GAS this event.  Fuel will be available at the gas pumps or you may purchase off-site.

Tires:  Sports Car Performance (Hoosier Tires) will be servicing this event and will be located in the SRF3 Pro Paddock.  Please contact Mike Sauce at 817-235-0018 to place tire orders and for any other tire related inquiries.

Oil Dump:  Main Paddock Safety Kleen dumps

Pit Lane:  Main pit lane will be set up in FIA F1 style with no inner wall.  

Pre-Grid:  Anticipate that we will be in the upper paddock and will grid there and access track via station 11C
