San Francisco Region with HSR West present Vintage Spring Classic at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca April 30 - May 1 Revised schedule with changes to Groups 2, 3, & 4 The joint venture with HSR West is really something new for us. HSR West is one of the premier Vintage racing clubs based in Southern California and has a excellent open wheel following. Race Groups and Sound Limits (see entry form page for class descriptions)
Group 2 Formula Ford & Small Bore Formula - 101 db Classes: F4, F4/C, F4/X Group 3 Small Bore Production (under 2.4 liter), Small Bore Sports Racer - 101 db Classes: SBP, TA2.5, 2C (sports racer) Group 4 Big Bore Production - 2.4 liter & over - 103 db - Class BBP Group 5 Big Bore Formula and Big Bore Sports Racer - 103 db Formula Classes: F8/A, F8/C, F9/A, F9/AX, F7, F8/B, F9/B, F10, F11 Sports racer classes: 2B, 2A, 3C, 3C/A, S2, C1, C2 Group 6 Contemporary & Historic Stock Car - 103 db - Classes: HSC and CSC There is no Friday test day due to sound restrictions at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca. |
Event requirements
If you do not already have a MotorsportReg account, please follow the steps below to create your account this first time. Next time you enter, just log into your account and entfuture entries for SFR events will be quick and painless!
- If you do not already have one, create an account on MotorsportReg.com after reading these steps.
- Once logged in, click "My Account" in the top right
- Review your vehicle(s), making sure to enter your permanent/preferred numbers and your transponder number
- Enter your medical information for the Ambulance/Life Support crew.
- Now come back to this page and enter the event and pay online.

Transponder numbers are required for ALL CARS. If you do not have a transponder listed in your vehicle profile, you MUST rent one. Registrations without transponder numbers will be deleted.
All drivers must still go through on-site registration with logbooks and licenses at the track.
