Why do I need to sign up?
We pride ourselves on being a well run and efficient organization that provides top-notch motorsports event. Structuring our volunteer system helps us ensure we know exactly who will be at what event and who is available as a backup.

What Roles are available?

Track Day Coach - Help new drivers learn the track (prerequisites are required for this role. Email us for more information)

Track Day Volunteer - Run Grid, Timing, Entry Gate, BBQ

Auto-X Coach - Comfortable getting a new drive safely around an Auto-X course (prerequisites are required for this role. Email us for more information)

Auto-X Volunteer - Wanting to be a designated volunteer during our Speedy Goat SPA days

Media - You make things look good! You must be approved if you want to take pictures from anywhere outside of the general public area.

General Help/ Monthly Meeting - You want to help, but you're just not sure where. OR you just want to be included on our monthly online meeting.

Are there any prerequisites?
While we welcome everyone to come help out, we require all our volunteers to be screened/ trained & confimed before they make our official list and can sign up as a volunteer at an event. While we will list all roles on the registration page, not all roles are available for the "general public" (Event Lead, Lead Coach, etc).

Do I have to Volunteer at all events?
Once you are an approved volunteer, you can select which events you want to volunteer at and which events you just want to drive. We know what burn-out feels like, so if you don't want to volunteer, thats ok, simply sign up for the event as a regular entry and enjoy the day. we won't ask you to do anything special.
