About this event
The Southeast BMW Brodeo is a 3 day camping and driving event in the Appalachian / Smoky Mountain region, comprised of BMW enthusiasts from across the Southeast US. It's a great chance to enjoy both the beautiful Appalachian mountains and all the fun drives in the area including US129 Tail of the Dragon, Moonshiner 28, Blue Ridge Parkway, Cherohala Skyway, and many other great roads of the Smoky Mountain region. It's also a great place to make friends with fellow BMW enthusiasts and meet a plethora of interesting people.
We will be camping at Smoky Mountain Meadows Campground in Bryson City, NC. This Fall will mark our ninth visit to SMM. Unfortunately Terry and Uncle Marvin are no longer there, as the campground is under new ownership and management this year. Although prices have increased slightly, the new owners have graciously agreed to keep the campground open exclusively for the Fall event as in years past.
Event registration is $18/day PER PERSON. Campsites are first come first served. OGs know the early bird drill.
Signups are available for as few as one or as many as four nights.
Registration reserves your spot at a campsite and helps cover the cost of the tons of firewood burned during the duration of our stay.
*** PLEASE NOTE: This is very much an adult oriented event. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian and all attendees are expected to be licensed and properly insured before going on group drives.***
