Event requirements

If this is your first event or if you do not have an "annual tech" sticker with our region, please arrive as early as possible so you can get your vehicle through tech inspection and have time for course walks.

Please see this checklist to ensure that your vehicle will be able to pass the tech inspection:SRR-Annual-Tech-Form-2025.pdf

This is a Pilot Event and is not a sanctioned by the SCCA. SCCA membership is not required and participants will not be covered under the normal SCCA liablility insurance.

Additionally, we are now adhering more strictly to sound regulations. The sound limit for our events is 98dB, when measured from 100 ft.

  • We have a 3 strike policy for sound violations:
    • 1st offense: Driver will be warned if their vehicle is approaching the sound limit
    • 2nd offense: If a vehicle measures beyond the allowed sound limit, the driver will be asked to attemp to remedy the sound.
    • 3rd offense: If vehicle breaks sound after attempted remedy, driver will not be permited to drive for the remainder of the event. There will be no refunds offered for this situation. (However, in the event of a 2 day registration, blowing sound on Day 1 would be a valid reason to issue a refund for Day 2, if desired.

Classing, technical inspection, and helmet requirements will be consistant with SCCA Solo reulations, for consistency with our regularly sanctioned events. A full breakdown of classing and other regulations can be found On The SCCA Website

If this is your first event, we recommend drivers sign up for the "Novice" class which allows us to provide you with extra insight and information during the mandatory Novice Walk, assign you a Novice Coach who will help you throughout the day, and help us guide you through a successful first day of Autocross!

Please make sure to bring weather appropriate clothing, sunscreen, plenty of water, and a helmet with the proper certification.

We do have a limited number available to rent on a first come, first served basis.
