This is a very high demand event, the following cancelation policy will be in place for this event - Cancelations made after June 28 will not be eligible for a credit/refund. Please do not "over reserve" multiple spaces for others and expect to be able to cancel them at the last minute.

Event requirements
For the event this weekend the gates will open on Thursday afternoon at 3:30 pm and will remain open 24 hours until the event concludes on Sunday. Overnight use of the paddock is allowed on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights only.
